The poor student having no right to attained to good schools, if they have it is very few in number. Not all persons of our country can undergo to teach in very small wages. Every time wages if it has been revised by the Wage Revision Committee, it will be implemented 2-4 years late. In Germany, the towns or villages are divided into small regions. Locals of that regions must have to attained schools of own region only. This is very good example of the education system.
Every school society must come under the Local Government. Budget for education must be increased, as it is very low as required. The public private partnership must be introduced. Once the teachers has been appointed, give them extensive training although they may have Education Diploma/Degree. Implement new strategies of education for kids and young. It must be very friendly and leads to ethical values.
Time is to do things differently. Not purchase additional equipments. Appoint good teachers. If they are not good make them good. Make it necessity to enroll own kid in the school where the person is a teacher. Make it compulsory to invite to teach for once or more than once day in a month. It will definitely help parents to understand the teachers as well as students.
Industrial involvement to boost educational institution is needed. Support from various organization in terms of money, man, or machine will give education a new direction. To spend money is not enough; to spend money in right direction is very important. Money from various sources is to be welcomed openheartedly by the schools and colleges.
